Essential storage keeps selected features working. On the main website, optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement is enabled only after you choose to allow it.
Your language choice is stored on this browser to support your browsing preferences. French pages have their own /fr/ addresses; switching language keeps your current page and search criteria.
1. What the site stores
The public website uses local browser storage under orvelle-prive-wishlist-v1 so saved residences remain available, and orvelle-prive-display-preferences-v1 to remember your selected currency and measurement units. The private management office uses session storage under orvelle_admin_token after an authorised administrator signs in; it is cleared when that browser session ends or the administrator signs out.
2. Optional measurement
Google Analytics (G-EG5F8NLH5M) helps us understand visits and use of the website; it may use cookies with names beginning _ga. Google Ads (AW-18455903333) helps measure advertising performance and may use _gcl_ cookies to associate ad clicks with visits and successfully submitted customer enquiries. Lead-conversion events include an opaque request reference and a nominal EUR value, not your contact details or message. These technologies are blocked until you allow their respective category; an enquiry submitted without advertising permission is not sent later if you subsequently opt in. Our integration does not enable personalised advertising, Google Signals or enhanced conversions. Cookie lifetimes depend on Google’s product settings; see Google’s cookie information. The proposals microsite does not include these tags.
3. Remembering your choice
We store your measurement choices under orvelle-prive-measurement-consent-v1 in local storage on this browser for up to 180 days, then ask again. This preference is not shared with Google before permission is granted. Essential-only browsing remains fully available. If storage is blocked or cleared, your choice may need to be made again.
4. Technical requests and maps
Hosting and security services receive ordinary network requests needed to deliver the site. Property maps use Google Maps, a separate external service that may receive connection data and apply its own privacy and cookie terms when a map is loaded. Optional Google Analytics and Ads choices do not control the separate map embed.
5. Your controls
Use the control below or Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw optional measurement permission. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop the already-loaded measurement code and removes the relevant first-party measurement cookies. You can also remove saved properties from the wishlist or clear site data in your browser. Clearing storage removes saved preferences and private-office sessions but does not prevent browsing.
